  1. Initial Info Webinar (1 hour) – Introduction to the program, expectations, and overview of the Blueprint framework.

  2. Pre-Work & Study (4–5 hours) – Review the facilitator guide, videos, and session templates.

  3. 1-Day In-Person Workshop (8 hours) – Hands-on training, role-play facilitation, peer and trainer feedback.

  4. Practice Facilitation (Independent) – Practice leading Blueprint segments in your own environment.

  5. Post-Practice Virtual Webinar (2 hours) – Group debrief, Q&A, and preparation for client delivery.

  6. Certification Awarded – Upon full completion of all training components.
