Carl Anderson
Carl is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and his business experience has taken him around the country as he built his career in media.
After living in Pittsburgh, Richmond, Chicago, Washington D.C., Dallas and now Tucson for the past nine years, Carl has built an extensive resume in media where he was a Senior Executive for several large media companies. He most recently was COO for an Independent Automotive Dealer Group here in Arizona.
As a results-driven leader, Carl has a passion for culture creation, disciplined accountability and building leaders. He's an experienced teacher and trainer with a unique ability to connect in a practical hands-on manner. Carl helped develop and teach a leadership academy to help grow managers in becoming more productive and effective leaders.
Carl enjoys golf, cycling and racquetball, and is married to his wife, Beth. They live in Oro Valley, AZ and have a dog named Boomer and two grown children.
Gary Bamberger
My life’s mission is to have a positive impact on people by leveraging my training, mentoring, and coaching skills. I achieve this by helping organizations organizations, leaders and individuals unlock their full potential.
As a pragmatist, I meet people and organizations where they are and work to incrementally improve their product delivery using concepts and techniques from product management, business agility, lean manufacturing, change management, leadership development, team building and executive coaching.
Organizational context is crucial, so understanding the existing structure, culture, goals and practices within an organization along with the desired outcomes enables me to develop improvement roadmaps that include comprehensive change management strategies to bring people along.
I am a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona. Additionally, I love to camp, play tennis, hike, kayak, paddle board, snorkel, bike and travel with my wife.

As the Founder and President of Strengthening Communities Consulting, LLC located in Cleveland, OH, I bring over 25years of experience as a CEO and executive in the nonprofit and government sectors. As a proven leader with extensive experience leading strong teams, to include managing, developing programs, initiatives and systems, I haveutilizedmy strengths as a relationship builder, strategic thinker, an implementor and influencer to strategically impact not only organizations, but communities.
After over 20 years as an executive, I wanted to build a CEO coaching practice that was committed to helping leaders navigate the challenges leaders face. My experience asa facilitator for CEO peer advisory groups has demonstrated the critical opportunity for strategic planning, leadership development and team building to create thriving and sustainable organizations.
I have an MBA from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, and will soon receive certifications in DISC, Five Behavior Teams and as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Coach. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and her family including my 18 month old grandson in Tucson, AZ!
