3 Pillars Performance Group is an executive coaching and business consulting firm headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. We provide leadership development, business strategy consulting, CEO peer groups (including VISTAGE-affiliated groups in Tucson and Phoenix), fractional C-Suite services, and organizational growth programs to business owners, executives, and leadership teams.

  1. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, contact form, booking calendar, or any other intake form, you agree to receive text messages from 3 Pillars Performance Group as described below. Also by using this website and/or enrolling in any services offered by 3 Pillars Performance Group, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.1  Non-Marketing (Transactional) Messages

I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from 3 Pillars Performance Group about appointment confirmations and reminders, session reschedule notifications, post-session follow-up communications, onboarding instructions, program enrollment details, and account or billing information. 2.2  Marketing (Promotional) Messages

I agree to receive marketing text messages from 3 Pillars Performance Group, including special offers and promotional discounts, new service announcements (e.g., Growth Academy, Blueprint Program, Fractional C-Suite), leadership event and CEO peer group invitations, educational content updates, customer loyalty rewards, referral incentives, and re-engagement promotions.   1. Consent Requirements

Both consent checkboxes on our forms are optional and will never be pre-checked. You may submit any form even if you do not check either consent box. We will only send you message types corresponding to the boxes you selected. You must execute communication channels based on your selections only.

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, we will send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from 3 Pillars Performance Group. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 3 Pillars Performance Group is not responsible for any delays in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or network conditions.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Fractional C-Suite Services and VA Support
  • Team Alignment, HR Strategy, and organizational consulting
  • Strategy calls, assessments, onboarding, and post-service follow-up communications
  1. Changes to These Terms

3 Pillars Performance Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our SMS messaging services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
