Caroline Wesnitzer

I have always been passionate about helping small business owners find clarity and confidence in their numbers. My journey began as the co-founder and CFO/COO of a small business that started with two people and a big dream. Over nearly fourteen years, I helped scale that company into a multi-million dollar operation with more than 150 employees and locations across Tucson, Phoenix, and Dallas.

With over fifteen years of experience leading and advising small businesses, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to grow sustainably. I love working with small business owners because I can speak their language and help ensure their financials tell the story they need to successfully plan for future growth.

I am a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, which provided world-class training in small business leadership and development. I have also served on multiple nonprofit and community boards, supporting initiatives that strengthen education and local business growth.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and three children, running, practicing yoga, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors. I am also an avid University of Arizona football fan and rarely miss a game.

Kasey Hill

As the former CEO of Greater Tucson Leadership, Kasey successfully drove strategic initiatives that enhanced organizational impact and stakeholder engagement. Her background in economic development equips her with a unique perspective on business strategy and sustainability, enabling clients to navigate the complexities of their markets effectively.

With a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in counseling psychology, Kasey combines psychological principles with a passion for leadership development. Her coaching approach focuses on building emotional intelligence, enhancing team dynamics and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Partnering with 3 Pillars Performance Group as a consultant and executive coach, Kasey brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving impactful change across various sectors.

She lives in Tucson with her husband, Alan, and her sweet English bulldog, Astrid.

Deborah Embry

As the Founder and President of Strengthening Communities Consulting, LLC located in Cleveland, OH, I bring over 25 years of experience as a CEO and executive in the nonprofit and government sectors. As a proven leader with extensive experience leading strong teams, to include managing, developing programs, initiatives and systems, I have utilized my strengths as a relationship builder, strategic thinker, an implementor and influencer to strategically impact not only organizations, but communities.

After over 20 years as an executive, I wanted to build a CEO coaching practice that was committed to helping leaders navigate the challenges leaders face. My experience as a facilitator for CEO peer advisory groups has demonstrated the critical opportunity for strategic planning, leadership development and team building to create thriving and sustainable organizations.   

 

I have an MBA from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, and will soon receive certifications in DISC, Five Behavior Teams and as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Coach. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and her family including my 18 month old grandson in Tucson, AZ!

Al Marquis

Al’s career has been a blend of owning and operating numerous small businesses and working in several Fortune 500 leadership roles. The combination has been very educational and rewarding, but Al’s passion has always been with small business. He loves and admires the entrepreneurial spirit.

Al has been a certified Vistage Chair since 2018 and was a Vistage member for several years prior. Al coaches CEOs and leads high-performing Peer Advisory groups of Business Owners in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Al is honored and blessed to spend over 500 hours per year in one-to-one, closed-door conversations, with brilliant and successful Business Owners and CEOs.

Brady Young

Brady is a savvy business and HR leader who understands the levers of business, creates goals and metrics for the lead and lag indicators of success, and then builds people operations that support exceeding those goals. His superior skill in communication and relationship-building makes it possible to gain trust rapidly so that he can get organizations to the next level of success through their people. Additionally, Brady is highly trusted and valued for his ability to coach and mentor leaders. Countless leaders can attest to how Brady helped them improve, and in turn, those leaders have brought out the best in their people – continuously producing win-win scenarios. 

Previously, in his role as Vice President of Talent at Plexus Worldwide, Brady led the development of goal systems, an enterprise talent assessment, tracking and improving learning efficacy, and modernizing talent acquisition processes.  Earlier Brady rose through the ranks at TGen becoming the Vice President of HR. During his tenure, Brady collaborated with the board of directors to develop an innovative incentive program, directed many initiatives that fanned the flames of a company culture of innovation, collaboration, and empathy. Brady developed state-of-the-art HR and TA functions in multiple subsidiary startups and helped facilitate a number of divestitures and mergers. Brady is a builder of people, processes, and systems in both mature enterprises and startups.

Currently, Brady is Principal Coach and Consultant at Thrive Coaching and Consulting, LLC. As Fractional HR Leader, Brady enables his clients to exceed their KPIs and strategic goals by helping their most valuable asset, their people, be the most effective versions of themselves.  As a certified coach, Brady partners with business leaders to discover the pathway to maximize their personal and professional goals and work alongside them through not only goal accomplishment but also through their transformational experience. Coaching the “Brady Way” empowers clients to see alternative pathways for action that they have never seen before. Brady is certified in DISC and Predictive Index and uses these and other tools with his coaches and when facilitating leadership development workshops.
